Official Contest Rules

Win a Bambu Lab A1 Mini 3D Printer

1. Sponsor
This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Coleman 3D, located in Newfoundland and Labrador (“the Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to legal residents of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on November 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Newfoundland Time and ends on December 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Newfoundland Time (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest:

(a) With Purchase:
Receive one (1) automatic entry for every purchase made on https://coleman3d.ca during the Contest Period. Each separate purchase transaction counts as one (1) entry.

(b) Without Purchase:
To enter without making a purchase, like the official Coleman 3D Facebook page at https://facebook.com/coleman3d during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person.

Multiple entries are permitted if made through valid, separate purchase transactions. No automated, bulk, or third-party entries are permitted. All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning.

5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won:

• One (1) Bambu Lab A1 Mini 3D Printer (approximate retail value: $219 CAD).

The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) eligible winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place on December 12, 2025, at Coleman 3D’s office in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The selected entrant will be contacted by email or Facebook message within five (5) business days of the draw. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

1. Respond to the notification within five (5) business days;

2. Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (as required by Canadian law); and

3. Complete and return a declaration and release form confirming compliance with these rules.

If the selected entrant fails to meet these conditions, another entrant may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or internet issues that may affect entry submission or prize claim. By entering, participants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law.

11. Governing Law
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws of Canada and is governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
